K-tel’s The Surfaris “Wipe Out” in “Stranger Things” Season 4

Stranger Things came back with a vengeance this spring/summer delivering 9 Episodes of stellar 80s drenched television with all our favourite characters from past seasons, and even some new ones. On the back of this stellar season music supervisor Nora Felder breathed life back into the 37 year old Kate Bush song “Running Up That Hill (Deal With God)” which is now  topping charts and setting Guinness World Records for the first time since its release. K-tel is extremely excited to have our rerecording of “Wipe Out” by The Surfaris featured in Season 4 Episode 2 entitled “Chapter 2: Vecna’s Curse”. If you keep an ear out, at the 36:00 minute mark you will see the classic surf jam diegetically laying the ground work for the bullying of Eleven (aka Jane) on the roller rink surface, played on vinyl no less.
